It is always summer in San Diego! USATF San Diego-Imperial sponsors the popular Summer Nights T&F Series, low-cost all-comers T&F meets for athletes of all ages. The San Diego Summer Nights Series honors the many legendary athletes with San Diego connections. These Summer Nights Track and Field Legends generally either attended a San Diego High School or University or made an embedded difference in our sport while they resided in San Diego. The Summer Nights Track & Field Series runs for eight months, starting in December and ending July/August and is the premier all-comers series in Southern California! USATF SD-I President has announced the 2026 Summer Nights Schedule (the first of which is a meet in December, 2025).
