2020 Youth Cross Country
The National Office and National Youth Executive Committee have not announced cancellation of the 2020 National Junior Olympic Cross Country (XC) Championships. This year our Youth Committee will not hold the Association XC Championships. All athletes will be advanced to the region meet to be hosted by USATF Southern California Association on November 22nd. However, should they not be able to host the meet due to COVID restrictions then the meet will move to Las Vegas with the NEVADA Association hosting the meet. The trigger date for moving the meet from the Southern California Association to the Nevada Association is October 16th. In the event the national meet is canceled then it is unlikely a regional competition will be held.
As more information becomes available then it will be shared with the Youth Committee. The next Youth Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 20.
