Jay Beltz (10/1945 - 7/2023) Services

Jay Beltz, who served USATF in many capacities - President, Treasurer, Master Level Official, Officials Chair - passed away on July 18, 2023. Services will be conducted at Miramar National Cemetery at 12:30pm on Monday, September 11, 2023.  We thank Jay for his dedication to the SD-I Association and to the sport it represents.
